He has bounced NUMEROUS paychecks to employees and is being investigated by the IRS for failure to pay payroll taxes he deducted from his employees. He owes the IRS a significant amount due to embezzling funds paid by employees for payroll taxes. He withheld severance wages from previous employees until he felt like paying not when they had agreed they would be paid. This was to a woman on Social Security. Apparently he feels it's better to pay a professional photographer to follow him as he wanders around Palm Beach to take pictures of him for his personal ads - God help the women who answer them - He is on JDate and Match...

He would "Feel better" if this was not posted about him. The people he owes money to would "Feel better" if he paid us. I would "feel better" if he would pay me the $45,000 he owes me. He does not like the fact that someone is posting the TRUTH about him. I offered to settle at a reduced rate if he would just pay me. He apparently didn't feel like it. Just like he didn't feel like issuing me a W2 or paying the taxes he deducted from my check every week, causing issues with my social security. I am disabled and will one day need my social security to survive. I don't feel like being homeless or not having food to eat, but apparently that doesn't matter to a narcissistic personality like Jeffery Hilton Diamond.

I think the psychiatrist he went twice weekly to would feel better if he were paid too, but that's probably why he took him to court for payment.

In my honest opinion he is a thief and a scam artist, and worse off than a pilot who just did 50 loop de loops in a row.

RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM ANY ASSOCIATION AT ALL WITH THIS MAN!

He is currently seeking investors - DO NOT BE TAKEN IN! His attorneys have walked away from him because he refused to pay them too. He does not feel he should have to pay bills, but can spend THOUSANDS of dollars a month from COMPANY funds on Personal expenses.

Jeff Diamond is a wannabe Dean Kamen (Segway Inventor). While he did invent Tar-Gon which he successfully sold to Glaxo, his current "inventions" are simply new uses for pre-existing products. HONESTLY, who wants to spray 12 inches of two component polyurethane foam on their windows for a ONE TIME use storm shutter. Remember the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons? It would be cheaper to buy a new house!
